Under the guidance of Director Neil Turner and Design Manager Sue Mawer, the studio has established an enviable client list and is privileged to have accrued a substantial portfolio of significant projects across brand design, print, packaging and environmental signage over the past three decades.

Who we are
Neil Turner | Director
With a significant track record in the business of design and understanding the business of our clients, Neil has developed extensive skills in the focus and strategies required to create design concepts which deliver meaningful solutions and successful outcomes. As the creative director of Turner Design, he continues to encourage studio designers to develop their individual design abilities resulting in a diverse breadth of expertise within the studio.
Sue Mawer | DESIGN MANAGER
Sue has extensive experience in the design and management of a range of complex brand projects, wayfinding signage strategies, print and communication projects. Working in Singapore with an international advertising agency and in Sydney with a national retail design company, Sue returned to Perth to work with Neil at Turner Design liaising with a range of consultants including brand managers, architects and interior designers. Sue develops specific project strategies and design direction within the studio.
AVTAAR DHALLIWAL | Senior Designer
Av’s passion for excellent design and highly creative outcomes create beautifully crafted work. His commitment to good design is evident in his pursuit of the best solution for the project. Combining years of experience working in brand and print design, he is now using his design skills for wayfinding and environmental signage. His 3D rendering skills enhance our high level visualisation techniques for all major projects.
Natalie Loiacono | Office Manager
Bringing a knowledge of numbers and accounting that most graphic designers will never attain, we are most appreciative of Natalie’s skills as our office manager. She has experienced high level accounting positions at Rio Tinto in Salt Lake City and numerous administrative roles for small business in Perth. Her responsibilities in our studio mean that we can concentrate on the business of design and leave the administrative duties in her capable hands.
